Use Teapot to Brewing:

  1. Suggest 4-5g tea with 100-120ml water a times(About 1:25);
  2. Use 90℃ / 194℉ water to brew;
  3. Primus ad tertium temporibus inebriat de 5s a temporibus;
  4. Super quartum inebriat 8s-10s a temporibus;

 

祁门工夫

Simplex inebriat in calicem bibere:

  1. Suggest 3g tea with 300ml water(About 1:100);
  2. Uti 90℃/194℉ aquam coquo;
  3. Soak 30 second,you can start to taste it,if you want more strong taste,please wait more 2-3 min;
