- Because all of our tea is Natural Crops,so different batch maybe have different taste, but we insure that the same Grade is the same quality;
- This Grade Explain is the same kinds Tea comparison,it will very distinct if you carefully taste.
Taste Specialty:
- Delicate fragrance of jasmine flowers,not irritating;
- Taste sweet and thick,only a little bitter and astringent (Grade AA will more sweet and thick then Grade A);
- After your drink,you still will feel the aroma and sweet tea taste in your mouth(Grade AA taste stay time will longer then Grade A).
Brewing Tips:
Simple soak in cup to drink:
- Suggest 3g tea with 300-350ml water(About 1:100);
- Use 90℃/194℉ water to brew;
- After soak 1 min,you can start to taste it,if you want the strong taste please wait more 3 min,total can brew about 3 times.
Use GaiWan Brewing as KongFu Tea:
- Suggest 4-5g tea with 100-120ml water a times(About 1:20);
- Use 90℃/194℉ water to brew;
- The first to third times soak about 5s a times;
- Over the fourth time soak 8s-10s a times;
- Can brew about 6 times.
Making Process Characteristics:
- It's use Spring Green Tea with Fresh Jasmine Flower to cellaring together,make the Green Tea absorb Jasmine Flower Aroma;
- After 2~4 times cellaring and absorb flower aroma,must remove the flower and then drying Tea;
- This tea is use 1 bud and 2-3 leaf with tender tea stalk,so it will sweet.
How To Storage:
- Storage it Dry and No Sunniness;
- If you can,seal and storage it in Refrigerator is better.
All of tea will have a Sealing clip to help you seal the bag after open it.
