Standard Shipping (Default): HuaHan logistics or China Post, typically 15-30 days to arrive. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Express Shipping: UPS or DHL - please contact us at service@cha-wu.cn if you need express delivery.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order is lost or damaged, and we will resolve it in line with our refund policy.
