Taste specialty:

Our JinJunMei is use FuYun No.6 Tea Tree to made.

• Pick 1 bud with 1-3 leaf to made,taste is sweet and smooth,if soak long time will have a little bitter taste(The high grade tea will pick the tender and taste the sweet);
• Aroma is a little like the Dried Longan;
• Tea soup will thick and smooth;
• If soak too long time will have a little bitter.

Different Grade Appearance

Because FuYun No.6 have so much yellow fluff,Especially the bud;

And the high grade is the more tender;

So the high grade will more look the Yellow.

Brewing Tips:

Use GaiWan Brewing as KongFu Tea:

1. Suggest 4-5g tea with 100-120ml water a times(About 1:20);
2. Use 90℃/194℉ water to brew;
3. The first to third times soak about 5s a times;
4. Over the fourth time soak 8s-10s a times;
5. Can brew about 6 times.

Simple soak in cup to drink:

1. Suggest 2-3g tea with 300-350ml water（About 1:100）;
2. Use 90℃/194℉ water to brew;
3. After soak 3min,you can start to taste it,total can brew about 3 times.

The top grade must Manual picking,because all is the tea buds.

How To Storage:

• Keep it Dry and No Sunniness;
• Storage in Refrigerator is the better.
